💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies

• Design and execute comprehensive campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals.

2. Brand Promotion

• Strengthen brand presence in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Execute impactful campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement.

4. Content Creation

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Ensure all content reflects our brand voice and connects with our audience.

5. Market Research

• Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Use insights to identify growth opportunities.

6. Influencer Partnerships

• Build relationships with beauty and wellness influencers.
• Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns.

7. Event Management

• Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution.

8. Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Recommend improvements based on data.

📌 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
• Proven marketing experience in beauty/wellness (retail or hospitality preferred).
• Strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with innovative thinking.
• Skilled in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
