My girlfriend dragged me here. If your girlfriend does the same, you should be seriously concerned about her taste buds. This place is HORRIBLE. The food is so processed and fake, and also completely tasteless. You queue up for ages and are herded in like sheep. It’s like you are a cog in a machine when you go to this restaurant. This is before mentioning that over half of the menu is out of stock. Nothing good to say about this place. The food in the photo is my girlfriend’s. Mine didn’t deserve a photo.

We eat here at least once a month to celebrate our team birthdays. The crew always tries to accommodate a big group of us (20pax) and patiently wait until 10pm for us to leave

disappointed dinner. The quality of the steak was below average; the cut was unclear and seemed poorly prepared. It was also quite thin, which detracted from the overall experience. I was surprised that fresh black pepper wasn't provided, which is a basic expectation for a steak restaurant. Never come to the same brand again

Affordable steak, fish and chicken. Very good value, and cosy atmosphere. Service was fast.

Extremely understaffed - 4 floor staff to serve the entire restaurant and they’re visibly struggling to keep up. They do everything, including preparing the drinks. Stood outside for 10 mins before someone attended to me. Before ordering, I was told that a ait time for food (at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon) is 40 mins. Avoid if you can’t afford to wait. EDIT: Food came in 15 mins.

the 4+ stars is not true. google reviews for free drink - sure it's a common and acceptable marketing strategy, esp for a QSR, but stop lowering standards for profits. i reached at ~6.30pm. order went through by ~6.45pm. my medium well burger came well done and rubbery. one side of the patty was burnt to bits so i only managed to down 1/4 of the whole thing. my partner's grilled chicken was burnt as well. the chefs are either undertrained or don't care at all about their jobs to scrub their grills in between. feedbacked to manager and he seemed under equipped and overwhelmed. in all, i was genuinely upset and disappointed in the lack of respect this whole company has towards food and service. just because you're QSR doesn't mean consistency can be neglected. sincerely coming from someone who's been in the industry for 14 years.

I ordered 2 x Prime Ribeye Xtra Cut. But after eating halfway, I found out that there is a lot vein. I believe the staff had served us Sirloin steak instead.

Had a great experience dining at Aston! Ordering was a breeze with their QR code system — quick, seamless, and user-friendly. It made the whole process smooth and efficient. Great food and even better convenience!

Ordered the doubled up chicken. Was quite disappointed with the charred grill chicken. It was too charred, but the portion is really worth it for it's price. Location wise this outlet is very spacious and not as crowded.
