Did my 6V eyebrows with May yesterday. I am so happy with them....the shape and density really suits my facial features. It's so natural looking like how I would draw my brows usually but today morning I didn't have to draw. Definitely happy with my brows done by Avone as I had bad experience before. Took the risk this time and surely worth it. Can't wait for my touch-up session so that they can be made final and last a long time. Thank you Mae and the other lady who was helping to translate. I have been coming to Avone Kallang outlet for many years & been experiencing with their different service from nail, hair & facial. I would highly recommend them. Especially Summer. She always amazing me with her works. The staffs over here was extremely transparent though-out the sales process & clearly explaining different package within different period of the month. This month during Chinese New Year, they even provide some lucky draws / gifts for some purchasing of packages! Great service

I have been doing my facial at Avone Beauty KW for years now and I still look forward to my facial session every month. Libby has been my therapist for a year plus now since my previous therapist left. She is meticulous at every step of the treatment and it’s always a good chat with her during every session. Thumbs up to her for always making my facial experience an enjoyable one!

I went here to get my nails done.
Firstly, while I was getting my nails done I could hear someone complain to the staff that the gel nails they got were already fading off the next day. Despite this I trusted that this place ,given the good reviews. However, I was very disappointed in this shop.
I asked for a very simple design, two fingers with a simple star with all other fingers being plain blue.
I ended up having to pay $105 which is a ridiculous amount for only two fingers worth of simple designs.
Please don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it at all.

I changed my facial appointment to Avone Beauty KW since 2021 or so. I love all my facial sessions, no pain no gain (think extractions). Cindy carefully selects the treatment I need for each session and I’m clean&clear and refreshed thereafter. Kudos for her efforts to make me feel comfortable under her care. Her jovial and positive mindset is a great asset to have. Thank you.

Manicurist Summer and Yin are really nice ladies. Shared many great tips for nail care and eyelash extension. Giving 1 star cos of company sales policy. Service was gd till the last part where I was shared about the package. Kinda taken aback to be introduced with $5000 package for solely medi-pedi. I was counting how many years to complete the package. Given I haven't been doing nails for years due to it being very soft and brittle. Decided to get it done again just for CNY despite nails are in bad shape after doing gel nails in Nov’23. Explained my concerns that I am still monitoring my nails health after CNY. So being tied down for so many sessions with such huge package is a burden for me. It’s gonna take a year to 2 or even more to complete the package. As much as I really would like to support the ladies. The package don’t make much sense to me. Even though no expiry, I am not even sure if my brittle nails can withstand the gel mani overtime. And so am not sure if I will be back monthly to do a new set of nails. And even if I can keep the package for as many years, I don’t even know what happens to life and to a business the next moment? So I insisted to wait it out despite they keep advising to take it up for future savings. The package started from $5000 to $3000 to $1800+( 7session + 1 free). Without the constant retries to sell a package, the experience was comfortable. However, took me 10-15mins to finally get my point across to not go ahead with the package was alittle draining. Management should not go so hard on sales. Good service, Comfortable environment with competitive prices goes a long way. I was planning for more Services but now, I might only be back for yet another Ala carte service if my nails are ok. Just to support the ladies. Kinda afraid to enter again to go through the package part.
