Had a very negative experience with them. Visited the store to have a part replaced on my Brompton. Right from the onset, the tone of the male mechanic was condescending and upon realising then I did not previously purchase the bike from them, quoted a sky high installation fee in an obvious ploy to rip me off.
If you need your Brompton serviced or intending to purchase a new one, skip them. There are other much better authorised retailers in Singapore.

Service is great. Desmond is very helpful. Bought my M6L Cloud Blue from them. If you are first owner like me, and do not know much about Brompton, Desmond is there to answer all your questions and give good recommendations too. Best to make appointment and go on weekdays if you have lots of questions like me.

“We were introduced by a friend to this shop to buy our first Brompton. The owner, Desmond, is very knowledgeable and not pushy. Subsequently we went to another shop to install some accessories but the quality is inferior and there were safety concern on the product. CycleOxygen manage to rectify our issue for us. Owner is very honest with his opinion and will not upsell things that are unnecessary. If you are looking for quality and skilful workmanship, look for Desmond.

I’ve worked with Desmond extensively these two months with my 2 bromptons. 1 involved an upgrade of my C-Line 6 speed to a 12 speed, and the other (WIP) a step by step project on getting my P-line to be an insanely fast foldie.
My experience and personal impression of Desmond and his team, is that he's extremely knowledgable with regards to bicycles, and he is also an individual that has experimented extensively with all the crazy configs available for Bromptons.
This puts him in a position where he's able to accurately assess whether your suggested mod will work, or be met with extensive wear & tear issues.
He is also very honest, and would often suggest alternative solutions to your problem with proper technical context behind it.
All in all, his team has been nothing but friendly and extremely welcoming even though my bikes were not purchased directly from him (which is my greatest regret).
This is why I prefer working with the CycleOxygen team.
