Was craving about lok lok, and decided to come over to kallang wave mall to try Fei Zhu Lok Lok. There's no staff at the entrance to guide you in, not sure if it lacks manpower or they are too busy. After entering the staff bring the menu over to you and explain how to order the item etc. If you like to dine in the dark neon lights and nice Chinese music this is the place! We ordered about 10 lok lok and claypot lala soup, the food came pretty fast within 10mins. Lok Lok taste great and many sauce to choose from at the counter. You can also taste the hua tiao wine in the Lala soup 👍🏻 There's also a game corner at the other side of the shop, overall it's a good place for gathering with friends and family.

Never coming back again. Ordered the lala pot and just look at the amount of sand in the lala. They did not even bother to wash the lala. There were also quite a few dead lalas. 🤢 Some very basic food preparation would have gotten rid of 90% of the sand. Horrible experience. They offered 5 free sticks of lok lok if you made a google review which probably explains some of the good reviews they got.

The collagen broth tastes heavenly, but lok lok is average. Go for the hotpot and enjoy the atmosphere! V conveniently located beside Stadium mrt station.

Visited on 2 occasions. One of 21 May and the other on 24 May. Underrated somehow, wasn’t a full house when we visited about 1.5h before Ado and Lady Gaga concert days respectively. Lok lok is only $1 per piece for most of the items and they were fried really well. The seasoning they add was spectacular, savoury and had a nice subtle spice. The pork and chicken skewers were the best. Simple and done exceedingly well. Love the spread they laid out for sauces. Go for the chilli mayo for a bit of coolness without compromising on the spice. Love the thai chilli sauces as well! The chicken collagen soup was really thick but not too much. Perfect for a cold day to warm up your stomach. Generous portions of chicken too and just nice for sharing among 2.

Lala soup base can match so many other brands. Lok lok is cheap and sauces are fantastic.

Update: Still takes very long like 20min when there is no one at 2.50pm. But still one of the best flavored already mixed lala claypot ~~~~~ Unlike most establishments that check for bought reviews they kindly gave the $5 discount in trust that we will review. So can i claim the $5 discount everytime i visit? For what its worth. We ordered a lala soup $11.90, and took 15 sticks and with 5 sticks discount it total up to $21.90 and paid $24.09. So while the GST was not included there is service charge to the total bill. Their queue system is terrible. First you queue outside to come it to half empty restaurant then either u seat at the noisy outside or get ushered to the more conducive area behind the curtain (literally). Then u pick your food and queue again. We queued for 45min (5.50pm to 6.35pm) to make payment and make our way back to our high table with sauces. Oh and the saucer is sooo tiny please provide larger bowl for dipping. The lady at the counter is polite though and you can choose which to be spicy and which to be not... Although I can't really tell the spicy one was spicy. Another 15min wait for the lala soup and 10min later for the lok lok. The waiting food part is fine but queue for payment part is just ridiculously slow. You have such a long counter and you only open 1 cashier. Half occupied restaurant but you have a long queue outside. Luckily I don't really rate by management if not it gets zero. Anyhow the lala soup was wonderful. Chef kiss! However I don't get why they can screw up the vermicelli, it was under cooked. The quail egg also feels a bit tough on the outside instead of the silky smoothness of what you usually get. Not sure how they managed to do that but the soup is just too nice. Lok lok wise just take note some are $2 because they have 2 sticks. And yeah food that ran out like broccoli in the 45min that we are queueing. So again poor management. Some are definitely nicer done than the rest. I like the chicken more than the pork and pepper hot dog as well. Other feels a bit too oily. But i guess i will just go for the soup and the lok lok I like. Lotus and potatoes would be nicer if they give more slices but thinner.

The lok lok is sooo good! super crispy and full of flavor! $1 only! The rice bowl is on the smaller side, but it's really tasty. A couple of downsides: The ventilation in the place isn’t great, it can get a bit smoky and choking at times. But honestly, after a beer or two, shouldn't be so bad. As for the collagen chicken claypot, it was way too salty at first. But after I asked them to add some hot water, it turned out much better and more balanced
