Disappointing Experience at GymKraft: I enrolled my 4-year-old for a trial class at GymKraft, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Firstly, the instructor’s approach felt overly rough, as I noticed children being physically pushed and pulled into activities. While I understand that different coaches have different styles, the other instructors conducting classes nearby appeared gentler. Secondly, the pickup process was poorly managed. Parents were not informed that children would be released from a different exit, and as a result, my son walked out into a crowded public space unattended. I lost sight of him for five minutes, which was extremely stressful. There seemed to be no concern for ensuring children were safely reunited with their parents. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. The lack of professionalism and safety measures made it feel more like a business focused on profit rather than a place genuinely invested in children’s well-being and development.

We started last March 2023 and through out the year my kids have grown and learned so much in GymKraft. Coach Heng, Coach Marlon and Coach Winmar definitely helped my daughter a lot. She cannot do it without them. Kudos to the GymKraft for building a strong team of exemplary coaches.

Really thankful for Coach Kym! My daughter has been with Coach Kym for some time already, and I must say, she’s been a wonderful coach. Very patient, very dedicated. Can see she really has the heart for the kids. Coach Kym is firm when she needs to be, but always encouraging. My girl used to be quite shy and scared to try new things, but now she’s much more confident and a lot of that is thanks to Coach Kym's guidance and support. She doesn’t just focus on gymnastics skills, but also builds character and discipline. Can tell she puts in a lot of effort to help each child improve at their own pace. We’re really happy to have her as our daughter’s coach. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows how to bring out the best in the kids.

The fees are high but the trainers are teenagers who do not know/are not trained on how to coach young children. This place accepts children from 3 years old but doesn't manage them at all despite this being a drop off gym. My own child sat throughout most of one class as she was new and the coach ignored her and carried on, did nothing to try and help her feel comfortable in a new environment. Would shout instructions like "tuck jump" without any demonstration and expect a 3 year old to just do it without helping. We complained and got a better coach but then he left and back to inexperienced teenagers coaching young kids. My friends child was so confused by the class she wandered out of the gym and nobody noticed. The staff do not take child safety seriously at all and did not accept any responsibility. Would avoid this, much better options for younger kids at bearyfun or Karpenko gymnastics. Much smaller spaces with closer focus on helping young children build confidence. This place I would suggest is only suitable for ages 8 and up despite what they advertised.
