Not a single star should be rated. Seems like this is not the first time they are late for their operating hours. Reach there at 10.30am not open, asking one of the girl saying NOT SURE what time open as she only listen to the Manager. Worst still, at 11am we ask them again yet they still telling me they only can start at 11.30am because they are cleaning the toys! I mean is good you clean up the toys but shouldnt be before the operation hours or after the shop close and is not during operating hours? Please change your operating hours if cant commit the time given…

Kindly change the operating hours if you are not following them. We went down on a Saturday (non-public holiday) at 10:30AM and your staff said they needed 45min to clean the place and will only be opened at 11:15AM. I told them I am only renting the ride but they insisted it’s closed. It makes no sense to wait 45min for a 5min ride so we left disappointed and with a crying baby.

Dont put opening hr as 11am if u r not going to open at 11am. Kids waiting n looking forward but all they get is disappointment.

So sus, not sure if this is the right protocol, staff told my husband to make payment to her paynow number (emma). Subsequently when my daughter wanted to take the ride again a few hours later, there was no one mending the booth for more than 20 mins

It said outside the store that it would open at 11 am, but when we arrived, the staff said it would only open at 1130am.

Zoomov at Kallang Wave highly recommended! Our toddler loves the simple but fun setup, we always feel safe here with at least one person accompanying. Staff are always friendly and helpful, our 1.5 year-old loves to give a big wave too! He loves going on a ride with the animals too. Reasonable price especially with a time package. We will be back again very soon! Perfect place for families.
