Had a great haircut at KCUT Kallang Wave Mall today. The stylist, Jodie, was professional, attentive, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I dont usually write reviews but she was quick, clean, and skillfully done. I received lots of compliments since. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a reliable and experienced stylist!

Jodie Tan is an excellent stylist. Always know what is best for me. She knows my preference and I don’t have to tell her each time I cut. Thanks Jodie. You’re simply the Best. It’s you that make me come back each time.

JT was upset when I feedback she shaved too high, scolded me back that her “cut”was perfect and neat. Even for my top hair, she kept using shaver, no scissors cut at all. I should have listened to all the 1 star reviews. Will rate 0 stars if I can. Unless you are looking for a fast botak shave, you have been warned.

I just wanted to compliment Lilian Sim for the great job she did cutting my twin boys’ hair. She was fast, gentle, and very attentive to their needs. They felt comfortable and happy with their new look! Thank you for the great service — we’ll definitely be back.

Hair stylist was Lilian Sim at the Kallang Wave. She was pulling and tugging at the hair of my 9 year old child very aggressively and was just not paying attention to my requests to be gentler.

Terrible experience. Stylist has no experience handling haircuts for toddler but did not mentioned upfront or reject/refund my business. Needless to say, the session was messy one and a bad episode for my kid - 1st time crying during a haircut. Poor customer service. I left storming out of the store. Most regretful haircut ever. Why did I even gave them a chance? Pls avoid this store if u don’t want to experience unnecessary high blood pressure.
