I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favourite places to be. I mainly do HIIT and Muay Thai, and I genuinely enjoy every session; it’s challenging, energising, and always fun. I even managed to bring my husband along, and now he’s hooked too!
The classes are well-structured and beneficial, the facilities are sufficient for a solid workout, but what really makes this place special are the coaches and staff.
The coaches are all incredibly capable, motivating, and passionate about what they do. Special shoutout to Coach Faisal, Riyadh, Azzli, and Sasi. And the staff, especially Reza and Yusof, are always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Honestly, I can’t name everyone, but the whole team creates such a great vibe.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness in a supportive and energising environment! 🙌

If you’re looking for a good vibe gym with great teachers, NeueFit is the place. Whether you just want to get in shape or actually get competitive, they adapt the class to their audience. The small class size makes it so that the trainings are that much more personalized and tailored to everyone’s goals. Besides the friendly team and great classes - their shower facilities are second to none!

Hi my name is Shahrunnizam, I entered neufit sometime in April 2021.
In the beginning i was contemplating to choose BJJ or Muay Thai the coaches in Neufit was nice to explain to me what sort of challenges each sport brings in that they were honest and with the suggestions given i decided to gi Muay Thai a go.
The journey was long and tough. A year and a half later sometime in 2022 Coach Sassi took me for Private sessions to perfect my Art. It was something different for me and gradually i became stronger and a better fighter on that year.
It all changed when Neufit decided to procure a ring in our gym, a better setting to prepe the fighters even more.
2023 came Sassi and Yusop prepped me for my first hard sparring session sometime in Oct that year. It was an awesome and wholesome event as I believed that i did my best and came in as the better fighter against my opponent.
I was then scheduled to fight a kbx event sometime in Feb 2024 but the event got cancelled. Neufit was kind enough to source another event/venue in Johor Bahru the Ultimate Beatdown (UB). Along the process i got a chance to work with other coaches, Kenneth Lim and Max both are Masters of their craft gave me an ultimate push. It dosent stop there, with the right motivation from Yusop I did SNC classes concurrent to my PT and Muay classes. i did SNC with Coach Faisal and Faez both have their own style and they took the time to study my body strengths and weaknesses. Utilising the machines and a mixture of old school training i was satisfied with the results of my stamina and my body physique.
True enough UB came on 1st June 2024, I competed and won. I am so taken aback that the Muay thai Comp team together with coach Max came all the way from singapore to support the competitors.
I would like to say that this gym has heart, coaches are tough and kind at the same time. I know the people i need to better prepare myself with the next fight Coach Sassi, Coach Kenneth Lim, Coach Max, Coach Faez, Coach Faisal and not to forget the one of the best motivator Coach Yusop.
Overall a pleasant stay and journey with Neufit. Oh yea and did i mentioned, our gym has the best and cleanest toilet everrr 😍

Not your typical gym. It's a community, more than the community centre which resets your SingPass password. Need therapy, need to reset your life, Neue Fit is the place to be. Clean, comfy, kids run around here and have fun with their coaches motivation like its their home. Heck, as im writing this, a 6 year old kid with a cast and bandage on one arm is happy to just be around his class mates. Adults do their work here while waiting for class. I took up boxing here but I guess if I were to do their variety of classes of martial arts or fitness, I'm still home.

Amazing lessons taught by seasoned professionals. Recommended to all beginners that wishes to take up a new martial arts skill. Lessons are in bite-sized with progressive framework to improve your knowledge of Muay Thai. Well taught lessons to improve your fundamentals in of the game.

I had a fantastic drop-in session at NeueFit BJJ in Singapore. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The gym itself has a great atmosphere—clean, well-equipped, and filled with positive energy.
Coach Grace was outstanding. Her ability to break down techniques in a clear and practical way made the class both engaging and informative. She paid attention to details, ensuring everyone grasped the movements correctly. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, her teaching style makes a real difference.

Very good gym for Muay Thai and HIIT. Classes are tiring and fun, good coaches across. For PT, I can recommend Faisal for core and strength conditioning and Kenneth for Muay Thai.
