It’s so unfortunate that despite having played and accumulated 14,509 tickets, the service staff are saying that it has been frozen and cannot be used unless another 5000 tickets are accumulated again to add to the original number to ‘deactivate’ them. Finally, a kind staff named Amanding at Kallang outlet assisted. So grateful for him!

Very bad experience. Child got injured in the arcade. Was told to submit the medical claims to their email and got rejected with several different reasons just to protect and cover their ass.

Had a great time at Paco FunWorld! The arcade machines were awesome, esp the claw machines. lots of variety and all were in great working condition. The ball pit kept the kids entertained for hours, which was a nice touch. And it was pretty cheap compared to the kids pits outside. Huge thanks to Benson (staff or manager), who was super friendly and even gave us tips on how to win more tickets! Overall, a fun experience and the staff really made it special. Highly recommend! Will def come back again!

Great place to have fun, play and excitement with your family and friends. A place to de-stress yourself and try your skill and luck with the claw machines around as well as the arcade games.The games here are for all ages.Full of exciting arcade games you can try.The place is so big and spacious which can really make you to spend the whole day here without feeling bored.The claw machines winning plushies are of good quality and they are all so cutes.Its really worth trying every claw machines here.Its a family entertainment place to spend your time here.

Parco has long been around since my secondary days. It's a nostalgic place where it bring back fond memories of my teenage days and thankfully i can still share the same arcade with my 2yo daughter today. Rides are very reasonably priced than elsewhere esp if you change the tokens in bulk. Our family of 3 always frequent Bugis+ outlet and the staff were mostly friendly and always helpful. I'm a slightly below pro grade claw catcher and always managed to get 15 to 20pcs with $50 token. Today we decided to bring daughter to Kallang Wave outlet to play at their playground. We manged to chat with most staff who are in their early 20s. Most are them are friendly and helpful except one petite lady. I hardly write any reviews but after seeing so many reviews about saying there claw machines are rigged and some even wana report Parco to Case. I think I needed to do something to return the Vibes back to Parco. Today is our family day and not my "pro" clawing days. Much time is focused on my daughter playtime rather than clawing. During the 3 hours of half hearted clawing I still managed to pick up about 18 to 20pcs. For those who accused the Management of being rigging the machine. You should try clawing in Ximending Taiwan and you will know how much simpler it is to claw at Parco. 😄 Pic as proof attached I hope this old arcade brand will continue to strive esp during these challenging times so that future generations to be able to enjoy. Doing my part for an old branding and peace out.
