Lamest Popeyes I've been. Came at 7.50 p.m. Strangely, they ran out of spicy chicken. Also missing from the menu are the sandwhiches (burgers). Wth.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly and efficient. However, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The chicken appeared over-fried, with excessive oil and a lack of the juiciness typically expected from Popeyes. It wasn't as juicy or flavorful as we were hoping. While the staff and environment were good, the food quality could definitely be improved.

When I ask for a cup of ice, the staff lady said: we don’t have cup. If you have your own cup, I can give you some ice. 😂😓first time to hear that in a Popeyes. Learn something new today. 😂😂😂

Visited this outlet expecting juice and fresh chicken but we left feeling underwhelmed. Chicken was dry and tough—far from the juicy, flavorful standard Popeyes is known for. Biscuit was also a surprising letdown. I still remember when Popeyes first arrived in Singapore—the biscuit used to be fluffy, moist, and buttery. This one was flat, dry, and hard. Mac & Cheese add-on had an odd, stale taste. I brought it up to the staff, who told me she had made the batch that morning and “that’s just how it tastes.” I couldn’t accept that and thankfully, she offered to replace it with large fries—appreciated that gesture. 😐 Overall atmosphere? Staff were efficient but wore deadpan expressions that made the whole dining experience feel cold and robotic. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to Popeyes’ usual standards. Hope to see better quality control and warmer service next time.

One of their staff tried to stop customers from ordering from the kiosk at 8.23pm, more than 35 minutes before the closing time of 9pm. This had occurred on more than one occasion. The food preparation time was excessively long for a fast food-joint, with the food not bring ready 25 minutes after the order was placed.

Chicken and Cajun fries was alright . The downgrade here was the poor services.

This is an average Popeyes branch which I realized is the only branch located somewhat in the East. They have closed down the Popeyes on Tampines and this is the closest one for the folks living in the East. I came by on a weekend and there was a steady crowd coming in periodically, even though the branch was not crowded. Most people will come in, finish their meal and leave, so you will be pretty much guaranteed a seat. There are quite a few teenagers visiting this branch, which is the demographic of the mall with the sports facilities close by. Staff service was alright, nothing to shout about. They were not friendly but not rude either. Just a normal fast food branch with run of the mill service. Food wise, it took a while for the fried mushrooms to be ready, but we were informed beforehand. The chicken was fantastic as usual and their mash potatoes are always a favorite. I will come back to this branch as it is the only branch located in the East.

Fries were on the cold side and the chicken was too greasy. Plus, the noise levels were unbearable hitting around 90 decibels easily. Making this place a pass.

Bought the $5.90 set using the posb everyday card promotion. The chicken burger is juicy and tender. The mash potato is so so so good. Music great. Staff service good and fast at 4.30pm. Disclaimer: This review was done to get the cheese fries at this outlet

Nice relaxing ambient with kids and youngsters making up the bulk of the customers. Food quality is good as with Popeyes stores. The portion is just right and somehow the taste and texture are not as oily nor heavy compare to KFC. The best part is their mash potatoes is one of the best among the fast food brands. Fried mushrooms is non oily and huge in size. The main drawback is the staff is very impatient and nonchalant to the point of being unpleasant. Need to improve on the service quality as that is the first point of customer contact.

Fast foods for tummy before entering concert hall. The location is quite hard to find as it is outside of the mall.

Good place to relax and eat some "sinful" food. 😈 But a little difficult to locate, look for the signs on the floor is you are on level 2.

17 May 2025 Lunch crowd till about 230pm. Surprised to see only two staff working but they did really well to attend to the orders and making sure enough of everything. Customers did not need to wait long. Chicken were also fresh and juicy. Well done.
