Their salmon pot pie is delicious with lots of salmon bites. Their salted caramel French toast and French hot chocolate are also amazing! Their dark chocolate creme brulee is really good, very thick, I enjoyed every bite. Try them all, you will not be disappointed! I have found their tiramisu just OK. All dishes are very good value for money. Staff is super nice and friendly. I will come back for sure!

As the restaurant name suggests Poulet. You must eat their chicken dishes, it was not tough but not the most tender texture with great sauces to choose from. Its potato wedges were done to perfect crispness. Burnt brussel sprouts and broccoli was also very nicely done without bitterness of charring. Its duck confit was slow cooked to a perfection to preserve juiciness and taste.

Nice place and nice 3-course promo! 2nd time eating here. Roasted brussel sprouts & broccoli was a bit bitter/burnt(to my taste at least) but everything else was good! Service was great 👍👍👍

All the food items we ordered tasted "Magnifique". My family just loved the taste of the food served. I had the seafood stew meant for two. The amount was just nice to be shared between my niece and I. The prawns were succulent. The stew / soup was delicious and just nicely spiced. Overall all 5 stars 🌟 Finger licking gorgeous tasting food.😋😋😋😋😋

Tried the lunch set which allows you to choose a starter, main course and drink. I chose the French onion soup, miso clam carbonara and ice lemon tea.
French onion soup was well done but the carbonara was overly salty because of the miso. I asked for some chilli to cut the cloyness of the creamy sauce but they only have chilli flakes available. And tobasco which is not really spicy. Suggestion to the waitress that they make some red cut chilli available. After all, some pure Italian joints do provide them. Another complain: I bit into a few broken shells from the clam. It was really irritating and could be dangerous.

I had a rare day off and wanted to make the most of it, so I decided to treat myself to something good. I headed to Poulet at Kallang Wave Mall, a place I’d been curious about for their juicy roast chicken and it definitely lived up to the hype.
I went for their 3-Course Feast, because why not go all out on your day off?
For the starter, I chose the Spicy Chicken Sausage & Clam, served with Little Toast (3pcs). The sausage had just the right kick, and the clams added a nice seafood twist. The little toasts were warm and crispy simple but satisfying.
Next came the highlight: Half Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, with golden, crispy skin. The creamy mushroom sauce was rich and flavorful without being too heavy—just right. Every bite was comforting and full of flavor.
To round off the meal, I picked the 70% Chocolate Crème Brûlée with Seasonal Fruit (topped up $3). The caramelized top cracked perfectly with a spoon, and the custard underneath was smooth, rich, and deeply chocolatey. The fresh fruit on the side added a light, refreshing touch.
I also added a glass of Iced Lemon Tea for $2.90 cold, citrusy, and a nice balance to the warm meal.
It may have just been a regular off day, but that meal turned it into something special. Can’t wait to go back and try a different sauce next time!

It was a very delicious meal. The chicken was very tender and succulent. As I have been exercising recently, have been eating a lot of chicken for protein. This place chicken is the best I have eaten, breast meat was really tender. My 2 kids love the Mac and cheese and the mango pudding dessert.
Service was also impeccable, the staff were prompt, friendly and have seamless teamwork. The food came right on time the waiting time was minimal. Everything flowed well on my visit and the place was very clean. Will definitely return for another meal with my kids as it is not easy to find somewhere with nice food, ambience and service all in one!

I had a really enjoyable experience at Poulet. The food was excellent—flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. I especially loved the chicken, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the brussel sprouts were a standout—crispy, well-roasted, and packed with flavor.

Ordered their Signature Roast Chicken and Braised Beef Cassoulet (3pcs of beef oxtail), and truly enjoyed it. The portion was just right, and really loved how tender the oxtail was. Had only wished that our table was not assigned so close to the other tables, which made us feel so awkward and uncomfortable throughout our time here. They were plenty of empty seats available at the back, and we don’t understand why it was not assigned to us since the restaurant was not that crowded.
