Can you fix your ticketing system? Why is it not open 90% of the time and when I went on event days where it's open, I'm not allowed to print ticket unless it's tickets of the current event. Like why?
I was so frustrated because I had to keep going back and forth just to see if it's open bcs y'all refuse to update your open hours. And I'm only allowed to print tickets if it's urgent at like 6pm+ then if y'all close on me?

Manipulated tic sales format with lousy website sales platforms which dont work 24/7 especially for those major concerts. In this instance, sistic seems to stand out better when compared to them. Hope they don’t survive so they can be flushed out for the better. Look at the pics for example. Priority booking for amex platinum card holders but made invalid. (Charge card refers to credit card that has a full cycle of membership pts n annual fees n must be platinum) hence this is the best evidence of manipulation in its best play by them

Fast, friendly, helpful service. Paid cash for ticket with 4 sgn$ surcharge. Most of the reviews here are for the website which has nothing to do with this ticketing booth

I am beyond frustrated with the Singapore Spots Hub! On the day of the match, their staff told us we could come back to collect the collectibles by this weekend. Today, we traveled all the way here, and Google showed that the box office was open, but guess what? It's CLOSED! We called their customer service hotline, and the person on the other end casually said the deadline was yesterday. Can you believe it? Inconsistent information, unreliable staff, and absolutely HORRIBLE service recovery! It's just terrible! The ticket had no information, and now we're left feeling deceived and let down. And to make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the customer service officer responded with a nonchalant "uh huh." Can you imagine the level of disregard? This kind of service is simply unacceptable, and it's no wonder they have a terrible reputation. They need to get their act together and fix this mess! #WorstCustomerExperience #UnreliableService #SingaporeSpotsHubFail
Now mins after the call with CSO, I checked and the operational were all removed. How smart!

Do take note that there are 2 box offices, 1 at northeast area of Singapore Indoor Stadium, 1 at Kallang Wave Mall near to the Fairprice.
You can get your ticketmaster tickets reprinted here for $6 per ticket, you must reprint the entire order and the purchaser must be present unless you can get an authorised letter. You can reprint tickets for another concert.
The box office is only opened on event days, so check what concerts there are. I was there 2.5 hours before the concert time today and the box office is not opened yet. I believe opening hours differs based on the event and crowd levels, you may get more information of opening hours from specific concerts' event guide.

Visited it for Agust D concert. My first stadium concert, and I actually made it to the concert through all the lines! I was able to do it only because the staff was great and very helpful! Big thank you to all the people who work here, and who was there.
It was quite hard to stay in a long box office line at such a heat, idk if it could be done better (like more fans for the line??)
Still a very great experience, crowd was handled very professionally, so it actually felt very comfortable.
