Kudos to Mas who is always so friendly to the customers. She always greet us with a big smile and make sure she thank the customers before they stepped out of Soup Spoon. Mas, you are a star!

Food at Soup Spoon has always been enjoyable for me and my family. The restaurant has a variety of food options including vegan food which I may like to eat on some days. Service at the place is awesome too. During the multiple visits, we always meet wonderful staff including Mas. Mas is such an attentive and understanding lady. Sometimes, before I can make any request, she already remembers what my family usually have and it is truly heartening to see her beautiful smile. Very thankful towards her and the staff for the great service! :)

So far, this is my favorite soup spoon outlet. The place is keep neat and clean. The staff are friendly. One of the staff Mas, is particularly attentive to details. She remembers the patrons and always pay attention to patrons needs. Highly recommended

Cosy place, soups were as usual yummy and hearty. I have never once had a bad beef goulash from soup spoon. What (pleasantly) surprised me was the myriad of choices of food available! The quesadillas were crispy on the outside and flavourful on the inside. The jalapeños gave a good kick to every bite of quesadilla What could be improved was the ordering experience 1) placement of screen for number to be served to be reconsidered or added. We were seated behind close to the tray return, where we could not view the number being called. So we had to constantly stand up in fear of our number being flashed on the screen but missed it unknowingly. Which leads me to my next point - 2) we constantly stood up in the way of people ordering food on the machine in that narrow space it was difficult to wait for our order and be out of their way. I understand thats not the intended order experience, but it was what it was 3) perhaps have more machines or have a ordering system that is more intuitive for browsing then proceeding to order. people ordering at the machines were taking too long. at some point, there were as many people in the queue of the ordering kiosks as there were empty seats which was a funny sight to behold I love your food!

Ordered a sandwich and roasted pumpkin soup. My first dining there so i wasnt sure how to choose in the machine. The cashier was so helpful to help me and recommend dishes.
