Perfect customer experience. Jenny is very knowledgeable and really works to find you your perfect solution, she also has a lovely personality, making your optician's visit fun and easy. She let me trial several contacts in order to find what would suit me and my needs best and she and her colleague was also very responsive on WhatsApp.
