This place. How do i even describe it. The whole experience was so surreal. I had so much stress from my exams the past 2 weeks and now i feel absolutely lightheaded and the food was amazing!!!!

This was my third Thai massage session here, and once again, it was an incredible experience. The therapist is an exceptionally skilled and experienced lady (Uri) who never fails to pinpoint the exact sore spots and expertly release the tension in my muscles. Every session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Her intuitive touch and technique are truly remarkable—each visit brings noticeable relief and healing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly therapeutic and rejuvenating massage experience.

Been here many times with my mum and I like that they have senior citizens discount at $38 per entry. Onsen floor is abit wet slippery so have to take note when bringing elderly here. First time trying their food as they now have set meals which is more worth to eat !

Dishonest!! There is no Signature bath, but they still keep the Signage. Many customers are unaware that they are soaking in plain water and NOT SIGNATURE BATH. The management didn't bother to inform the customers too. Even the website, the lobby and the pool still showing the Signature Bath. I came over a month ago, and today. It's the same situation. We paid full price for inadequate facilities and they just mislead the customers by keeping quite. Don't waste your money.

It's been a very long time since I last visited Yunomori Onsen. A good place to relax release the tension and most importantly you go home with a relaxed detoxed body and smooth skin.

Good service by the staff! They are super and nice helpful. It was clean and tidy on the women’s side of the onsen. There were lots of anti slip mats but you need to still be careful when you walk. Disposable underwear and hair ties were also provided so you can use them if you need. Surprisingly, it wasn’t that crowded even though it was a sunday.
There’s different types of bath e.g. cold, silk and bubble bath. Steam room is available as well. We managed to shower and dry our hair in the facility within an hour. No pictures allowed in the onsen (for good reasons) so we took photos of food at their cafe. Overall good experience!

They handled an administrative issue with grace and efficiency, ensuring I left the spa feeling not just relaxed, but deeply satisfied.

Pleasant experience with Yunomori, will definitely go back again. I went for the baths first, sadly the women’s bathroom has fewer baths than the men’s bathroom. Later, we went for the Thai Massage (60min) and really enjoyed our time at the massage!

I’ve been here 3x and I have to say that it is definitely the closest and most authentic you’d get to a real onsen in Japan, and by far the best onsen in Singapore if you ever had to choose - though my own view is that it’s not really a fight.
It’s also the most centrally located and accessible by public transport or if you drive.
I like that they have numerous pools of differing temperatures, and an ice cold dipping pool too. There is also a yukata and slippers provided for free (you’d think it’s a given but this isn’t the case elsewhere) and plenty of toilets to use in the gender segregated areas.
The changing area is comfortable and clean, and i used to think it was on the pricey side until I tried others in Singapore and realised that here, you’re paying for quality and comfort :)
