Pretty trash place for LAN, half the computers can't load popular games and yet the prices are much higher than other places. Pretty bad customer service also as the other reviews can testify as well. Man pretty much gave up halfway trying to help us fix. Would give 0 stars if I could. Basically spent an hour sitting on a chair waiting for my friend to update a game that couldn't, and couldn't get a refund because I played the tutorial while waiting for him. Nice! Can someone bring back the pool place?

This was a horrible experience, the staff was rude. I was drinking water when a staff came up to me and said "hey. Look at the sign." Why can't I drink plain water? Although the setups were great, the computer takes a long time loading into games.

The staff in the console zone doesn't have a service mind at all. My friend and I went in to try Fifa. After playing for a few minutes He walked in and asked how Fifa came to this console. Before I could answer, he immediately took the disc out of the console without telling me anything. My friend and I were very dissatisfied and immediately walked outside.

Horrendous experience, would definitely give 0 stars if I could. The prices are higher than most other places for LAN gaming, and the quality of the experience does not match the price at all. Most popular games were not even updated, and I had to spend the entire hour trying to update the games to no avail. The customer service was no help either, the guy literally spent 2 minutes trying to fix the issues, then proceeded to walk away and attend to other customers that just walked in. He could have just swapped me to a different computer or at least shown some kind of effort to assist me with my issue, but no such attempt was ever shown. My friends and I had essentially wasted close to an hour of our time watching as the games failed to download. We decided to leave early out of exasperation, as clearly we were not going to receive any help from the employee. When we asked for a refund, they were only willing to refund for my computer which had the issue, but refused to refund for my friends, as they had "entered the tutorial and were technically able to play the game." My friends came together to play games as a group, so obviously we would wait if one of us were encountering issues, hence I believe it was justified to give us all a refund, especially since they did not show ANY initiative to cater to our problems or offer any compensation at all without my asking.
tldr;
- severe technical issues (none of the popular games were updated)
- games couldn't be updated, and employee was not able to fix the issue
- employee walked away in the midst of fixing my issue, and started attending to other customers who just newly arrived to the store
-refunded only one person, even though several people were affected by the technical issues which they neglected to fix

Very cool place and atmosphere with state of the art gaming equipment. The coffee and the Beef Don at the Black Drop Cafe housed inside is also highly recommended!!
