Love how empty the store was. Not that many people shopping. Was here on a Friday night around 9ish. Don’t usually expect to get much service in H&M but was pleasantly surprised to be attended to by Gracey who helped pick out some clothes for my dad. Great service from Gracey it was like a personal shopper experience which is a first time for me at H&M!

Oh kallang wave. No staff doing shop floor. The staff all inside the backroom don't know do what. Ok la, l'll be kind. they're having a meeting. And I saw people just take their items and walk out. Then when paying, one young lady cashier boastedd her don't know who drives her to work. So high class why work in budget store?

Wheelchair accessible ♿ entrance and lots of space. Mall has accessible toilets.

A simple, medium sized no frills H&M, handy if you live in the area, but certainly not a destination.

Evelyn was very accommodating to my needs. Relentlessly helping to get what I need. But outlet was dusty and leaving me sneezing the whole time.

Away from the city area, so less crowded in the evenings. Store was spacious. The website "find in store" was very useful. Was able to find the last few linen pants with the right size here.

Was served by the man in charge of cashiering. He helped me to download h&m app, and explained that there are points to be collected if we are to recycle our clothings. Thank you so much for your help!
