Only one staff in this huge store. Gotto hunt for cashier, told the cashier I placed item at the counter , was asked to bring over items to where the staff if standing . Ridiculously, I saw that all POS is open unlike what she said where she stand is the only counter open. So I have to walk back with stroller and everything . Very unfriendly unhelpful staff. Wasn't offered 10% off although I just signed up for member. Face so black like I owe her . Seriously ???! I'm paying for the products , not taking it for free nor did I be difficult at the store .

Staff is helpful and friendly excellent service! Actually I’m looking for some specific T-shirt whatever the store is on sales and so crowded today, the staff still help me to search the T-shirt and checked with other branches! Unfortunately, the staff has told it has been past season.

Was attended to by a super lovely staff - Sarah who not only helped me looked for the jeans I came for but ALSO a series of similar jeans to the design I had in mind???? She really went above and beyond— that’s incredible customer service. Truly made my day, thank you Sarah!

Visited this outlet this morning and was served by Evelyn who was very helpful as I wanted to join H&M as a member and was having some difficulty navigating. With her help, I have become a H&M member and would be looking forward to more H&M visits and purchases.
