We had “high tea” and ordered the 2 pax set meal. The portions were big, particularly, the lobster dish was really tasty. This place has a “neighborhood restaurant” ambience, great for family and friends gathering occasions. Price is reasonable (though it’s subjective) for me since the dishes include lobster and fish, which usually are expensive.

Came here on a friend’s recommendation for a pre-concert dinner before Lady Gaga’s final show — thankfully my friend helped with the table reservation, so we didn’t have to queue. The restaurant was packed that night, probably due to the concert crowd. It was so busy that the staff seemed a little overwhelmed — we wanted to add on some dishes, but were gently discouraged as it might’ve meant a long wait.
That said, the food was overall pretty solid. The dim sum was decent, but the highlight for me was definitely the black sesame mochi balls — soft, chewy exterior with a rich, nutty black sesame filling that was perfectly smooth and slightly gooey inside. So satisfying!
We also had the bamboo clams (medium-sized) — super fresh and cooked just right, with a light, garlicky sauce that brought out their natural sweetness. The soy sauce noodles were another standout — full of wok hei and packed with flavour. We brought a bottle of wine along and were charged corkage, which was expected.

The staff who attended to us were very caring and meticulous. Kudos to them. Food-wise, it was also of decent, good standards though we were there mainly for Dim Sum Lunch and not dinner. Special mention should be accorded to the (1) Black Sesame Balls, (2) Drunken Prawns with Chinese Herbs, (3) Fried Bean Curd Roll and (4) Steamed Har Kao.
We would definitely recommend for others to try.

The seafood is super fresh, cooked right after it’s caught. Prices are reasonable too. I’ve tried a few of their special dishes this month and they were all amazing — definitely coming back again!

The lobster and bamboo clams are delicious.
if you are a dimsum fanatic, you will feel the freshness and authenticity. It's not those ready made dimsum flavours. 👍

Only small complaint was that the Yu Sheng was a tad bit too sweet. Made eating the first few dishes after that a bit underwhelmed due to the lingering sweetness.
Dim sum was fantastic! Heard from the staff that the dim sum menu is halved due to CNY period, but the available ones was so good that it made me wanna go back to try the rest when the full menu is back on. I didn’t really enjoy the mango prawn though, but it might be due to the Yu Sheng’s sweet sauce that overrode the mango’s sweetness 🥲
The seafood especially, were great! 👍🏼 very flavorful, & chef prepared the 🦀 in such a way that it was easy to eat as well. While the rest of my friends ate with their hands, I could easily peel & eat using just 🥢 chopsticks & a spoon
Service was good as well, as the staff helped as thorough the meal, & even with a dinner reservation for my friend.

Come here for the reasonably priced live seafood.
The cooking methods used are meant to highlight the freshness of the seafood. Seasonings and flavours are light and subtle and the seafood flavour stands out
The steam fish, bamboo clams and desserts were outstanding.
They have an impressive selection of Australian lobster, Korean king crab, bamboo clams and live fish.
Service was friendly and efficient.

We celebrated my brother’s birthday here — his pick, since he’d been before after a rock climbing session. Apparently, he’d dabao-ed some seafood for us back then, and we all agreed it was bussin’! So this time, we finally came to try it fresh — and fresh it was.
We had the pepper salted crayfish — plump, juicy, and so good we just wished there was more meat in them. The beef claypot, in my opinion, was a little stingy on the beef. The clams in soup were excellent, though.
But the undisputed star? The lobster with noodles — definitely worthy of a video feature (which… I’ve accidentally deleted from my phone — but trust me on this, it was rad.)

My new favourite seafood place.
The grouper is very good and well priced. 900g was $91.
