Severely understaffed on a busy Sunday afternoon. 40 waffle orders, and a neverending bread payment queue, with just 1 staff doing them all. Time to stop exploiting your staff for profits. Waited 60 mins for my waffle

Ordered peanut butter waffles to go and requested for it to be crispier and it was! Recommend to eat it while it’s hot. Peanut butter filling was generous and lady manning the counter was efficient. Price is on the higher side; $2.50 for plain and $3.00 onwards with fillings but it’s value for money because you get a really thick, well baked aromatic waffle.

This place is excellently located on the ground floor of Kallang Wave Mall, just beside FairPrice supermarket and the car park escalator. Been coming here for years buying their pastries and our family quite enjoys the variety, as well as the quality. Our young boy loves the bread too, not too hard for him. There is sometimes a queue for waffles which is understandable, the smell is good after all! I like they accept cashless options like FavePay. Now they also stared a members rewards programme which is free too. Thank you 🙏🏻

I came here specially to try their waffles which some say are one of the best in Singapore and indeed they did not disappoint. I asked them to leave the waffle on the griddle for longer so that the outside is crispy. The waffle is quite thick so the inside was quite fluffy. I tried the Oreo cheese this time. Next time I will try the peanut butter.

The staff was especially rude and did not bother with my request when I told her I want my waffle to be less crispy. I reminded her nicely twice. However, she did not reply at all, instead, she pulled a long face and gave me a crispy and a broken apart waffle. Waffle is nice but the service staff is disappointing.

A bakery that sells lots of different pastries, bread and waffles - we were drawn initially by the super fragrant smell of the waffles and were pleased to know that they were still making them even close to 11pm, although bread were mostly sold out. There is an area at the back of the bakery that seems to be where they bake their breads and pastries fresh, though it wasn't in operation anymore at the hour we were there (but good to know!) Eventually had the chocolate waffles which were delightful and very thick (see my picture) compared to the other waffles out there. Nothing wrong with the waffles which were delicious, the only reason why it's a 4 stars and not 5 is because the waffles were $3 which felt overpriced. The one star was for the price to taste ratio, as the chocolate spread was not too generous as well. There were also biscuits (pandan peanut butter) that were selling for $38 per bottle... which again felt really overpriced. Will likely give it a try again if I am in the area and edit my review further, if needed.

purchased the waffle because it promised to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Given its higher price compared to PrimaDeli, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, it turned out soggy and lumpy. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Service was excellent. Visited on a busy Sunday evening, the 2 young Chinese ladies manning the counter were very efficient, smiley and friendly. I made a last minute change for a different filling and they accede readily. They will also inform clients of the waiting time for waffles. Place was kept very clean and hygienic, the lady making the waffles, constantly wiping away excess batter. Many in the queue bought several waffles at a time. I waited about 10 mins for my waffles. Delicious and fat waffles. Soft and chewy. Size will deflate somewhat if you have it cold. Got the crunchy peanut butter, generous sweet and salty peanut spread.

I used to love the waffles here so I dropped by an hour before I had to go for a concert, intending to buy one as a snack. To my surprise they were now using an online ordering system. The online ordering system is beyond stupid. Firstly it charges you a 5c transaction fee for no reason. Secondly, they don’t tell you what the current queue backlog is UNTIL YOU PAY. So basically I had to pay $3.05 (obscene amount for a waffle) only to realise that my queue number was 404. The current queue number was 357. I waited for at least 45 mins and the queue only reached 385. Based on that rate I figured it would take more than 30 min before they finally reached my order—meaning a total wait time of (minimally) 1h15min. I concluded that there was no way I would get my waffle before my concert, so I ended up abandoning it. Personally, I feel that I got cheated of $3.05. If I’d known there were over 50 people in the queue before I had paid, I wouldn’t have ordered one. I think the fact that the online system has no long wait time warning for customers is extremely stupid. Worst of all, the stupid website does not text you when your order is ready. I saw a couple of orders sitting on the counter growing cold because obviously not everyone could be bothered to stand around for one and a half hours to wait for their waffle. Basically, it’s a crap system that does the bare minimum an f&b point of sale system should do, yet unlike every other establishment this insane bakery chooses to try and charge the consumer to use it. Either remove the stupid online ordering system or fix it and remove the transaction charge. Honestly, how dare you lol.
