Very soggy kueh like waffle even when eaten fresh. The staff should cook all waffles longer. Oreo cream cheese ($3.5) shld be more generous... too thin spread. Go for raffles place waffle better. Will only return to try their breads.

One of the worst waffle I ever had. They used to be very good at this. Now it’s freaking soggy, completely soft and partially cooked, despite I enter remarks “crispy”. Don’t waste your money. Pointless to implement an online order with such standard. Owner of this store, please do something before your staff destroys your reputation.

The waffle is very thick and texture is crispy and soft. I order red bean waffle even though not show on the picture. There is no wait and I went on a weekend afternoon. The filling is a lot and overflowing. I love it as they are not scrimped on the filling. I like Tis red bean paste as it is not the Japanese kind and the traditional type. But $3.50 for a waffle consider a bit pricey.

Have some responsibility! If you’ve overbaked the waffle, the least you can do is replace it instead of just handing it to my little one. Really disappointing.

Their waffle is one of the better ones — but definitely not worth the wait. Around 24 minutes! Despite the sign saying “ask for waiting time and wait patiently” Honestly, by the time it came, I wasn’t sure if I was still craving it
