The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf - Kallang Wave Mall

Perfect place to chill on friday night. Not many people. Service was excellent. Staff was polite and attentive. Yuzu cake was refreshing. Biscoff cake was rich n sweet (i love it!). Coffee bean needs to intro more seasonal drinks that are delish. Drinks selection slightly poor.

Didn't manage to get her name, but she is very kind to my 2 boys. Helping them in ways we never expected n going the extra miles. Thank you so much for your kindness. It really brightened our day.

A bit noisy due to the kids in the gym and Pokémon play consoles nearby . So if you want a peace get good noise cancelling headphones . The place serves good coffee and hot chocolate

I don’t know why I ordered spicy tuna spaghetti from CBTL but I did. The small plate of mediocre pasta was definitely not worth the $13 price tag but the only saving grace is that they did give quite lot of tuna. Service is very slow at this outlet like some of the other comments, but the outlet was clean and conducive for working and chatting.

After attending a concert yesterday, I placed a Grab pick-up order intending to dine in, to skip the long queues at the counter. When I approached Raja to request if whipped cream could be added to my drink (as Grab orders typically don't include it), he readily agreed without hesitation. I placed my order and returned to my seat to wait. A short while later, Raja personally came over to check if I had completed my order, and thoughtfully verified the outlet name. It turned out that I had accidentally placed my order at the Stadium Walk outlet instead. Realizing my mistake, I offered to place a new order at the Kallang Wave Mall outlet, understanding it was my error. However, Raja immediately reassured me that there was no need — he would personally prepare my drink and contact the Stadium Walk outlet to explain the situation. Thanks to Raja’s initiative, patience, and customer-first attitude, my drink was prepared perfectly, and I was able to enjoy it without any hassle. I am deeply grateful to Raja, the Kallang Wave Mall team, and also the Stadium Walk outlet for their understanding and kindness. This experience truly reflects the outstanding service spirit at Coffee Bean. Thank you once again for making my evening even better!

What a lovely cuppa! Looks god and taste good too! CB is always one of my fav go-to cafes!

Pretty empty throughout the day on weekdays, I worked here in the morning for a few days cos I had an appointment nearby for the week. Nice chill ambience, only 1 power plug unfortunately but since it was empty I managed to use it. Food is the usual coffee bean standard. Comfort food but nothing to write home about. I like it though! Overall a pleasant experience.

Nice drink made by the manager name Nuriati.. Requested for extra peppermint syrup and taste awesome.. And its a great and calm place to chill too.. Bought the mug and my fav character thermos (mickey mouse).

Before you attack any F&B personnel, apply common sense and realize that if a staff member is attempting to promote ongoing promotions, it's because that's what the cashier does; even if the staff member in question isn't the one trying to promote, they still need to push for sales. I know roughly how F&B operates. If the cashier is a good person, it goes without saying that you shouldn't attack them out of frustration. The Kallang Wave crew has been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Also, staffs would ask me if I would like to upsize because I am sharing a meal with a friend. That seems considerate and observant of the staff, they notice it immediately and conveniently asks if I wanted an upsize. Please don't assume that the cashier is asking to push for sales, maybe they just want to double check with you. Don't be so quick to point out their flaws. They are humans too, not a machine who doesn't have emotions. First time going to Kallang Wave and I'm surprised to even see such a horrible, flawed review by another customer... To all the staffs at Kallang Wave Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, you are amazing and keep up the good work! If the said staff is still working there, please don't be disheartened!
