First time doing laser and was quite scared at first. but Dr Jolenda Ang helped to explain the procedure and let me understand everything, and let me decide on my preference. This helped me out a lot. During the procedure also, she will tell me first the next step and make sure to calm me down. The attendants are very informative, friendly and helpful as well. It gaines my trust with clinic and help me to decide to continue treatment here. 🙂

I went to Europe in 2023 for one the half month, and I got a really bad sun burt as a result I developed rather bad melasma and dryness of my skin. Dr Nicole took time to explain patently with all my concerns and doubts. Dr Nicole and her staff never impose the hard sale to me. I can make my own decision after considering the pros and cons. My condition have been improved tremendously and my melasma has been lighten as well. I am back to maintain my condition on 14/2/2025, and I will continue to do so.

Have tried the pico laser for past few months. Noticed improvement in my pigmentation issue. Received many good advice from Dr Nicole on maintenance and skincare to stay away from my pigment concern.

Dr Jolenda was attentive and very knowledgeable, providing clear information about what to expect during and after the procedure. Her clinic assistant Yvonne was also very friendly and attentive. The rejuran treatment itself went smoothly, and I appreciated the care they took to ensure my comfort throughout! :)

Came early, no one at counter.
Decided to go for facial, but there’s a waiting list, so I went back to ask if can change my appt to 15 mins later, they said ok.
Facial got slightly delayed, when I came back, they sat me down and asked me to fill up the form. I fill finish they said doctor not well, cannot do, come back another day. I tried asking if can do it since I specially came all the way here (1 hr travel).
They say if no numbing cream can. So doctor is well enough to do half the service but not the full service? I thought it’s either you’re well or you’re not.
Wish they told me in advance rather than me coming all the way here only to not be able to do the procedure at the end. Wasted trip. Disappointed since the reviews are good.

When I came back, for my treatment the following week, the doctor was amazing, patience, sweet, understanding. No complains. She did mention she had been sick for a while, but still had to work.
The counter staff after the treatment however, said she recognised me from my previous visit (only said this after the treatment and not before) and asked to delete/amend the reviews as the bosses were not happy about the reviews and was giving the staff a hard time. There was no compensation/discount etc for the time and effort wasted coming down on my first trip, and I felt pressure to delete/amend the reviews on the spot. I was shocked and appalled as the review reflected my genuine experience. Not sure if they are amending the name from Venus to Venusia now to remove any bad press.
