Extremely poor customer service. Spent a long time looking for suitable boots, while 3 of the sales people were just at the counter talking. No other customers. When I finally approached one of them asking for the availability of a boot, he took really long to check, only to tell me that there was none. Didn't bother to follow up, and when I asked for similar boots, he was visibly irritated and pointed to another general area before walking away.

Came in on 22july to purchase a boot . Unfortunately its not for sale? Despite having stocks in the back room just because they are having an event so they hid all lower ends boot behind. So i ask if i can purchase online and collect asap since they alrdy have stocks back end. Disappointing experience with the workers at kallang outlet which are to no help addressing this issue . Called penin outlet/queensway outlet all to no avail regarding the matter . I have a tournament in 3 days delivery takes 5 working days the least. Ive travel all the way to kallang outlet which is a hard location to come thru and receive this service . Not recommended.

It was a spectacular experience and the employee tending to me was especially superior. I would like to commend on the fantastic service which has left a good impression on the store. Despite being asked to change the boot 14 different times, he tries his best to serve with a smile and promptly got to work. The variety of boots and jerseys are so extensive and so very nicely placed. I wished I had asked for his name to point him out to the board for his excellent service. 5/5

did not allow exchange for a clearly defective shirt. no damage at all to the shirt and sales staff brushed me off casually. bad customer seevice and policy for a shop selling subpar products
