Service is very poor for their online store. Lots of stuff are out of stock even though it says available online. Long lead time for processing that is even longer than large global companies like prodirectsports, classicfootballshirts, kitbag/fanatics. If they were not a monopoly in Singapore, most of us would have bought from elsewhere.

Absolute trash service. The chubby boy with white glasses insulted my friends and I when we were getting a feel of the rugby ball. Instead of approaching us and highlight to us we aren't allow to throw the rugby ball to one another. Proceeded to shout across the room saying stop playing boys. Addressing adults as boys is just insulting.

Extremely poor customer service. Spent a long time looking for suitable boots, while 3 of the sales people were just at the counter talking. No other customers. When I finally approached one of them asking for the availability of a boot, he took really long to check, only to tell me that there was none. Didn't bother to follow up, and when I asked for similar boots, he was visibly irritated and pointed to another general area before walking away.

Came in on 22july to purchase a boot . Unfortunately its not for sale? Despite having stocks in the back room just because they are having an event so they hid all lower ends boot behind. So i ask if i can purchase online and collect asap since they alrdy have stocks back end. Disappointing experience with the workers at kallang outlet which are to no help addressing this issue . Called penin outlet/queensway outlet all to no avail regarding the matter . I have a tournament in 3 days delivery takes 5 working days the least. Ive travel all the way to kallang outlet which is a hard location to come thru and receive this service . Not recommended.

The best store to visit for everything football. Really a haven for all footballs fans or recreational player. The range of products at Weston can never go wrong. Probably the most extensive in Singapore. Standard jerseys are at normal rates but they do regularly carry off-season items as well at fantastic prices. Customization of jersey printing also available here. Staff are very helpful and attentive. They themselves are hardcore fans so its always an enjoyable time engaging with them! Weston has multiple outlets islandwide but this is my favorite due to the layout, stocks availability and staff!

No issues with this outlet. Perhaps nowadays I'm just lucky that I'm always being served by friendly staff members. Went to get a Singapore National team kit with custom nameset. Queried with a staff member (Man U Fan) whether they have such services still. Staff promptly went to the backroom to fetch a new kit, asking me if I wanted to try it first and allowed me to check the condition before printing first. Then after payment, the printing process begins and lasts for about 30 minutes. Came back to get the kit and staff asked me to check the printing and folded it nicely back for me. No issues, happy customer.

Visited to watch world cup qualifiers, and bought some uniform for my kids to rooting for my team. It was expensive in limited design(even in customized version) and hard to seek for the explanation (too crowded), but my kids loved it! One t shirts price is for s$100-200.

It was a spectacular experience and the employee tending to me was especially superior. I would like to commend on the fantastic service which has left a good impression on the store. Despite being asked to change the boot 14 different times, he tries his best to serve with a smile and promptly got to work. The variety of boots and jerseys are so extensive and so very nicely placed. I wished I had asked for his name to point him out to the board for his excellent service. 5/5
