Pretty trash place for LAN, half the computers can't load popular games and yet the prices are much higher than other places. Pretty bad customer service also as the other reviews can testify as well. Man pretty much gave up halfway trying to help us fix. Would give 0 stars if I could. Basically spent an hour sitting on a chair waiting for my friend to update a game that couldn't, and couldn't get a refund because I played the tutorial while waiting for him. Nice! Can someone bring back the pool place?

Service is terrible, only 1 staff who was extremely rude and did not even care to help. Even told us that we should not be asking him. Will not come here again.

It's alright kinda quiet they It's really feels more of just a shop than a Esports center you can try out some games and they have nice setups

This was a horrible experience, the staff was rude. I was drinking water when a staff came up to me and said "hey. Look at the sign." Why can't I drink plain water? Although the setups were great, the computer takes a long time loading into games.

Underwhelmed by this place as a tourist. Most computers turned off. Broken driving games. Really not worth a visit.

You can get a real experience on games and buy gaming stations, laptops, streaming accessories, gaming devices. Also supports many brands. Can take a membership.

The staff in the console zone doesn't have a service mind at all. My friend and I went in to try Fifa. After playing for a few minutes He walked in and asked how Fifa came to this console. Before I could answer, he immediately took the disc out of the console without telling me anything. My friend and I were very dissatisfied and immediately walked outside.
