Horrendous experience, would definitely give 0 stars if I could. The prices are higher than most other places for LAN gaming, and the quality of the experience does not match the price at all. Most popular games were not even updated, and I had to spend the entire hour trying to update the games to no avail. The customer service was no help either, the guy literally spent 2 minutes trying to fix the issues, then proceeded to walk away and attend to other customers that just walked in. He could have just swapped me to a different computer or at least shown some kind of effort to assist me with my issue, but no such attempt was ever shown. My friends and I had essentially wasted close to an hour of our time watching as the games failed to download. We decided to leave early out of exasperation, as clearly we were not going to receive any help from the employee. When we asked for a refund, they were only willing to refund for my computer which had the issue, but refused to refund for my friends, as they had "entered the tutorial and were technically able to play the game." My friends came together to play games as a group, so obviously we would wait if one of us were encountering issues, hence I believe it was justified to give us all a refund, especially since they did not show ANY initiative to cater to our problems or offer any compensation at all without my asking. tldr; - severe technical issues (none of the popular games were updated) - games couldn't be updated, and employee was not able to fix the issue - employee walked away in the midst of fixing my issue, and started attending to other customers who just newly arrived to the store -refunded only one person, even though several people were affected by the technical issues which they neglected to fix

Extremely rude and poor service not sure what the Chinese male worker went through even when we ask him politely. Wanted to purchase a product but honestly turn off by his trash attitude. ( Guy in charge of the razor section )

Nice setup all around...all sort of game play for different ages. Would be good if they limit time play for each person rather than allowing unlimited play time...to be fair to others.

Very cool place and atmosphere with state of the art gaming equipment. The coffee and the Beef Don at the Black Drop Cafe housed inside is also highly recommended!!
