The cashier pointed to the boy preparing the food. Then why the hell you ask me to repeat the order and you asked me to repeat one more time to the one preparing the sandwich. I know you are busy and tired.

I was here yesterday for soda green concert. My wife and I were hungry. So we decided have subway. In my whole life, I have visited so many subway. This one is the worst one, in terms of service and food. My wife wasn't asked to choose my bread, she wasn't given a choice to choose any veggies. She was told no customisation allowed. Are they lying? Is the staff new? I always customised. Also even if no customisation allowed, my wife should have the choice of not eating certain veggies too right? The staff was very rude and threw the food around. The staff has the audacity to even ask what sauce my wife wants. My wife chose the sauce she wanted but then the staff said, cannot choose sauce. Both the staff here should be replaced!

horrible service. swapped my base order with my friend's one and refused to listen when confronted. they just brushed it off and didn't bother helping out until i asked firmly. then proceeded to give me smaller portions. horrible staff. don't visit this outlet.

I ordered a veggie delite in a whole grain bread. The bread was old, reheated, that it turned into a whole crouton with vegetables sandwiched in between. I cannot bite into it and had to split the bread and eat like an open toast. This is unacceptable. Please review your process and DO NOT SERVE old reheated bread. While I do not encourage food wastage (I finished the whole sandwich), this has to be corrected and the store must find some way to reuse them.

gave wrong order, was angry at us about it, and didnt bother correcting the order. food was alright but the service was horrible. one of the worker's tone was incredibly rude. maybe dont be in customer service next time if you cant serve properly.

Putting this more positive comment to balance out the ones below, especially since my experience here was totally fine.
Only 1 serviette was provided which is great (less waste). I never understand why at many other subways they always give a huge stack.
The staff was also able to give me minimal sauce as I prefer, again unlike most other branches who press out a lot of sauce despite my request for a tiny little bit.

Possibly the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Subway by merits of its food and flavour has always been behind other fast food or salad places, it’s only selling point was the veggies and how generous the sandwich artist were. Unfortunately in 2024, that’s gone. View photo, observe the 3inch breakfast flatbread in its absolute worst form and compare it to what’s depicted on the menu. Even shopee scammers don’t have the audacity to do a scam this ridiculous. The younger lady sandwich artist was also absolutely terrible, inaudible and she put 1 slice of tomato, 2 leaves of lettuce on the flat bread, final price $3.60.
The Hasbrowns looked absolutely pathetic, honestly looked like someone had a go at it first and these were the leftovers.
Please do not go to this outlet you will regret wasting your money.
