Horrible service. Ordered regularly but when time to pay they didn’t accept my cash because of $50 and they can’t break up. Didn’t have any other payment method on me. Had to ask everyone in the store if they could break a $50. The staff also had a very whiny and pissed off tone as well as wearing a mask with her nose sticking out while coughing and making sounds like she was about to vomit. The hygiene is a little concerning in this regard

Worst experience I ever had. Me and my friend were choosing our ingredients when the server showed obvious impatient although we took around 5 seconds to choose for each selection. There was nobody behind us to queue so it’s rude that she was rushing us when we haven’t decide what we want. When my friend was still deciding on her meat, the server sighed and was about to roll her eyes. Plain disrespectful given that we didn’t do anything that offended her morally. Later on we ordered a set meal, but we did not get our cookies. I first ask about my cookie and she was frustrated, rudely pointed up and down from the cookie display. My friend told me after that she shook her head when I was choosing my cookie. Before that, me and my friend chose to top up money for a cup of milo instead of normal fountain drinks, and so the staff first gave me my milo before telling my friend that she would get her a cup of milo. But then she gave my friend an empty cup and went to attend other customers with a better attitude. We stood there at the counter and after a while of waiting, she saw us and said "What you want", showing her annoyance. She had forgotten that my friend have already paid extra for milo and insisted that she "put normal drink option in the receipt" when she previously said by herself she will get my friend her milo. I was already upset by the poor service and told her clearly that my friend ordered milo. Frustratedly, she filled up my friend’s milo. The milo was watery and the cheese given was lesser than other outlets. Never in other outlets have I received such treatment and is the worst experience I have with F&B.

Ordered cold cut trio, but made subway melt and over charged me. I told them I wanted cold cut trio, they won’t change back for me. Both people working here won’t even apologise. Won’t be bad again here.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE ( hi yall try don’t not go to this subway as their cleanliness and service is bad…. go to the kallang leisure park one instead it’s just opposite the kallang wave mall…. service extremely bad especially the malay lady no sense of respect

2 workers so rude and showing attitude. I was queuing infront of others but they served others first. When they finally attended to me they showed attitude. took 20 mins to get 1 loaded bowl and gave such a small portion. When i asked for more they gave a really small portion not even half a scoop and dumped it into the bowl. They took another 20 mins to settle the cashier and teach the staff. The 2 staff were completly rude. I hope subway can do better and have a better respect to their customers
